7-day returns
Return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Free pickup
We arrange a free doorstep pickup for eligible return requests.
Easy exchange
Swap for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Made-to-order and festive occasion wear marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Go to My Orders, select the item you'd like to return, and choose a reason. Our team will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
